1. Select patients & questionnaires

Select the patient via Idana or in the practice management system and configure a survey with any number of questionnaires.

2. Start
survey

Your patient opens the anamnesis questionnaire via the QR code generated by Idana in the practice or via a link from home.

3. Answer
questions

Your patient answers his questionnaire independently in the Idana WebApp and confirms it with his signature before the transfer.

4. View
report

The patient responses are transmitted encrypted to your PC and are available there as a medical history report.
